We feel like barbarians.
Love, hunger, fear. Cold.
Only the night is different.
Scorched.
The flickering specter of light bulbs
has replaced fire.
The wind breaks loose with the mind.
Andrzej Molenda

Man has always run, covering successive stretches of time in a primal rhythm.
He ran to obtain everything necessary for existence. Over 40 years ago, he reached a moment when he attached the Golden Record to the small body of the Voyager probe. On it, he recorded everything he believed to be the essence of his marathon and sent it into the dark expanse of space.
Soon we will lose contact with the probe, perhaps forever.
Where have we reached since then?
Upon what kind of ground will our children have to run?
Are we truly so different from primitive humans, or do we still feel like barbarians?
